Email spam filtering

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. (we will usually be much faster than this). If you haven't received a response from us in this timeframe please check your spam/junk mail folders in case our response has been captured by a spam filter.  If nothing has been received then please contact us again and we will respond from another email account in case that is the problem. 

We don't ignore support requests so please accept our apologies if there is a delay due to some internet filtering.
