In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Applette will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Your Choices about Your Information
How long we keep your private profile information:
Following termination of your services. Applette may retain your private profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information that you choose to make public using our services may not be removable.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our services to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services.
